Hello,
I’m working a lot with wordpress, but I have a new challenge and it is to learn Gutenberg and block editor. As part of the expected result, I want to remove blocks entirely (for a specific user role) from being able to add in Gutenberg, and remove most of the patterns (leave only the ones I create in advance). I’m now thinking about doing it in CSS and remove the whole “blocks” tab in Gutenberg, but maybe there is a better way?

Just to be sure – I’m not looking for a way to disable the blocks from being shown in the editor, just to de-clutter the blocks/patterns section for users that would need only 5-10 patterns to be added to be page.
