i m clicking on add tracking info…. But nothing is happening… No popup window is appearing

It sounds like a plugin or theme conflict. To identify the root of the problem, please follow these troubleshooting steps. Make sure to back up your site before you begin:
- Switch to a Default Theme: Activate a standard WordPress theme (e.g.,
Twenty Twenty-One
). Does the issue persist? - Deactivate All Plugins: Disable all plugins and see if the issue resolves.
- Identify the Offending Plugin: Reactivate plugins one-by-one, checking for the issue each time. This will pinpoint the conflicting plugin.
Also can you please try addoing tracking information from orders list and let me know how it works.

no its not plugin issue as i m trying to add tracking id in partially shipped orders it is working
So Its working on both Processing and Partially Shipped orders?

the issue is with paytm payment gateqway… I disabled it… Now its working… But can i disable paytm payment gateway… Please look into it
