I’ve built an e-commerce site using WooCommerce and have both the Brevo SMTP and Brevo WooCommerce plugins installed. However, I’m facing an issue where customers who sign up aren’t syncing automatically. This prevents them from being added to a list and triggers my abandoned cart email. My registration form is based on Contact Form 7.
Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions for a fix or insights from fellow e-commerce site owners using Brevo for email marketing? Are both Brevo plugins necessary, and what about the Contact Form 7 plugin? Your advice is appreciated!
