Any CMS plugin to build a listings website?

Hi,

I’m trying to build a listing site using gutenberg and some block editor like kadence. This site should be similar to a dealership listing site but I want to customize the info in there and design it how I want it. I saw the “car dealership” plugin but it won’t work for what I need and the fields are not customizable l.

I’m not a web dev so I don’t know coding, and I don’t want to use elementor because it’s bulky and slows down the site.

Any suggestions?
