“Are you sure you want to to this” popup for updateting page

I get this notification every time I update a page. I narrowed it down to the ‘disable comments’ option (in combination with ‘Disable Gutenberg’). All options were selected (I assume that disables comments on everything selected).

The settings that cause it:

I’m on version 5.2.0 and WordPress 6.2.2. The issue persists on default theme with all plugins except Admin Site Enhanements disabled.
