CustomPaymentGateway\\Helper\\Woocommerce\\Cart\\CartItem::$quantity of type int in /home/araxsystemsllc.com/public\_html/wp-content/plugins/gateway/src/Helper/
Hello, I had made a post on this sub about a month ago regarding a issue with certain customers running into a internal server error when trying to checkout. The error would occur when they would try to finalize and pay and they would run into the server erroring out on their end or now it just says internal server error.
People advised me to enable debug and get the debug file up which I have. I recently ran into the same issue where the error pops up and they never make it onto the gateway. So I started scouring the debug file and sure enough there is a bunch of these PHP fatal errors to my horror it seems like I might be losing way more sales then thought.
I use fluidpay currently for my gateway ( they have their custom gateway) and although it’s not failing out all customers it seems to be failing a lot of them I am not sure because the only two people that brought this to my attention also hit the orders tab with “Pending Payment”?
Going back to this specific customer from this last occasion I was able to get them to successfully transact through an incognito window so that tells me there is something going on with the cache and gateway? I am not sure can someone shed light on this? I am reaching out to my gateway service provider and likely will switch back to authorize.net
