Author/url Obfuscation still active after deactivating

I accidentally activated the URL obfuscation and cannot get rid of these kind of URL’s now. I’ve deactivated it and cleared all cache including browser cache, but it’s still adding a random string after every url.

sitename/?_gl=random_string

How do I get rid of this?
