Backend invoices are not appearing in the admin language – how can I fix this?

[ad_1]

Hi @rachidacooli,

Maybe the fact that you’re using Polylang is the reason why you’re seeing the invoice in a different language than the active user language. Our free main plugin has limited compatibility with multilingual plugins. If you want to set a specific language for your documents, or allow your multilingual plugin to handle the PDF document language, based on your order/customer language, you’ll need the Professional extension.

Also, if you need a more advance language setup, e.g. to serve PDF documents in the customer language, but have a different language for your accounting or admin user, we can also write a custom code snippet for you, as part of premium support, if you have a license.

By the way, since WordPress.org doesn’t allow providing premium support, or answering pre-sale question, for paid plugins in these forums, please contact us at [email protected] if you have more questions regarding this feature or any of our paid products.
