Best approach to create a bilingual website when content is very minimal and a professional translator is on your side (more info in comments).

Hello everyone! I have a small website I built on WordPress using a [qodeinteractive.com]) premium theme. It is very simple, just four pages (**Home, About, Department 1, Contact**) talking about our small business and the different things we do. Where I live (Quebec, Canada), French is the first language we need to use but I’d like to have a bilingual (French and English) website. As mentioned, the content/text will be minimum and always the same (except for small changes I might do here and there). According to you, what’s the most affordable way to translate the website? I’m using the **The SEO Framework** plugin so I want it to be compatible, and one of our employees, is a translator by trade. I looked at WPML and other similar plugins but I don’t think having to renew every year makes sense to me as the content will rarely change and it will be minimum. What do you think? Thank you very much in advance!
