I put “WPEngine” in the title, because there are several popular backup plugins that have been **disallowed** by WPEngine. I’m in the USA, and my experience so far has been that all premium plugins on the other side of the globe at least, seem to be very slow in responding. For that reason I’m hoping to find **REALTIME SUPPORT** \– live chat and/or telephone support talking to a real human.
I was using Duplicator Pro, but unfortunately it is disallowed by WPEngine
I also considered Updraft Plus and it looks like it would do the job, but it sounds like I’d be receiving the same slow “pro” support that lets my site be down for days because they go to bed a different time than me and apparently do care to have a night shift.
So, I’m looking for something that’s a good product with excellent (WPEngine-level) customer support. Importantly, ***the key crucial feature is automatic full backups to Google Drive***.
