Hi guys. How do you collect your customers personal data for example what if you need banking information to setup e-commerce store. Or do you just have them do that when you turn over the site. Or what if you need paypal, stripe, or clover information to synch with their POS system. What is the safest way to do this without being in person? Thanks in advance.

You don’t. Say you need stripe for payment processing, you have them add you as a developer. WooCommerce? Have them purchase and pass the zip, or bill them for the licensing under your account. Be very careful with PCI compliance. Like very very careful – depending on where you are you can get in serious trouble as a developer for potentially exposing such information in unsecured storage or transmission. If you need to log into one of their accounts the does not have developer access use https://quickforget.com to pass the creds and store them securely on your end with bitwarden or similar. I’m hard pass on last pass, not only due to routine browser conflicts, but also a while back they had a major intrusion and millions of credentials were exposed.
