Bing no longer indexes favicon unless it is mentioned in sitemap, but what is the syntax for the XML?

I cannot find an example of a sitemap where this works.

Bing now requires favicon in the root, and the file url in the sitemap, but what is the actual code to put in the xml file? Very lost, thank you.
