Botiga: Abstand zwischen Menü und Inhalt anpassen

Hallo,

ich würde gerne den Abstand zwischen dem Header-Menü und dem Seiteninhalt (Text) reduzieren.

Den Seitentitel habe ich über zusätzliches CSS ausgeblendet und auch versucht, mit diversen CSS-Schnipseln den Abstand zu reduzieren, das hat aber nicht funktioniert:
