I have a site where users can submit posts and gain posts and also react. However the site caches every page and thus sometimes the users will see the old version of the site. So not the new posts or comments. I have tried a couple of things but it didnt work. Anyone know what I can do?

For example I tried to use some plugins didnt work. Like litespeed cache. I tried to find the wp-config folder via the hosting did not exist.
