Okay, so I need help with understanding relations between payment plans and themes/customizations.
I have very very little and basic understanding of WordPress. I know about difference between classic and block themes, and the ways they are customized through customizer and editor. I have dabbled a bit with it a few months ago. Today when I opened a site I started making (using block theme) I found out that I cannot customize my block theme without upgrading to premium plan, but I clearly remember doing that a few months back.
So my question is can you customize any block theme with a free plan?
