After trying the free version of a theme and liking it, I upgraded to the Pro version. The free version worked just fine, the Pro version does not. It takes 5 minutes to load the customizer, then it freezes.
* I tried it in 3 different browsers and got the same result.
* I tried it in a free WP staging site. Same result.
* The theme’s customer service rep tried and said it took 3 minutes to load the first time, but then worked fine after that. ( I gave them a guest login to my WP)
The cs rep suggested it might be my ISP blocking something(?), which doesn’t make sense to me. Also, I tried it with and without using a VPN.
All my browsers are on my firewall’s whitelist.
I’m a total loss here. Any help is appreciated!

You’re going to need to share specifics and/or a link to your site – it could literally be anything. Error? Theme? Host? etc.
