My domain is self-hosted. I installed Jetpack yesterday, selecting the free version, and got the basics set up, but when I use the Add One More Account link for Facebook or Instagram it just loops. It wants me to sign in and verify and then I just goes right back to the social settings with nothing changed. I’ve been trying since yesterday to get into support and pretty much the same thing. I’ve gone through the Create Account bit trying both my domain email and my personal gmail and I’ve gotten the emails that says the account is created with the link to setup the password. That just takes me right back to the page that says my account is still waiting to be accepted and to watch for the email. When I try to get into the forums its the same loop. Log in > no you have no account. Please someone give me an idea what to do differently or where I’m going wrong? Because I literally CAN’T get into the support forums for help!
