thank you for contacting us and for sustaining us with your patronage.
We think that you are trying to put the Pro activation key in the Free version: that is not possible because they are two different products and not one the extension of the other.
You need to download the Pro .zip file from where you bought it, install it on WordPress and in the WFG Pro Settings you will find the field where to put your unique activation key and the button to activate it.
