Changing from a different webhost to WordPress. Any tips?

[ad_1]

So currently I have a working website that’s being hosted by a different web hosting service (Builderall) and I was kind of wondering if ever I was to start using WordPress, how would I adapt the website into the service.

Like other webhosts, the one I’m currently using has my blog pages contained on one of the service’s features. And the entire website’s inner workings doesn’t seem to be accessible within the service (sitemap, HTML framework, CSS code, etc.).

My question is, if there’s a user-friendly way in WordPress where transferring a currently working domain and adapting it to WordPress is plausible without ruining the website’s display and system entirely. If it doesn’t work, is it still possible to start from scratch and access the website’s code manually from what was made on the previous webhost service?

I apologize in advance if this doesn’t seem to make sense, I’m not familiar with WordPress and am looking to manage my website on a more hands-on approach (plus the billing fee is cheaper in WordPress).
