Changing text in “cart totals” box for woocommerce website

Hey anyone know how to edit the text in the ‘cart totals’ box on the cart page for a woocommerce website? Specifically, I want to remove the text next to the shipping label that says “Enter your address to view shipping options.” I know I can use hooks to add text in these sections but don’t know how to remove existing text. Thanks
