Changing the sent from email for imports.

The plugin does not send emails. They are sent by WordPress. To modify that, you should change the way WordPress sends the emails.

But for deliverability you shouldn’t change anything about the sender of the email if you don’t change who actually sends the email.

For that the recommended solution is to use an SMTP plugin and thus apart from changing the sender, make sure that emails are sent according to the sender’s address.
