Charging as a Freelancer Web Designer

Hi everyone!

I design websites and landing pages, though I don't always handle the implementation. I'm curious about how you typically charge for both services, the design and implementation. Do you have different pricing structures for each?

How do you price design-only work? Do you charge by the hour, per project, or another method? I’m referring to custom designs made from scratch—no templates involved.

I live in Europe, but I’d love to hear from people worldwide to get a broader perspective on pricing strategies.

Just for more context I will be doing a completely redesign of a website (15 Pages) and implementation.
