Temporarily setting the Days to Keep Database Logs (and/or Days to Keep File Logs) Global Settings setting (Security > Settings and then scroll down to the Logging section) to 0 should allow you to achieve what you want.

As mentioned by @nlpro, that Logging setting is helpful in achieving what you’re looking for.
By default, logs are kept for 60 days (DB logs) and 180 days (File logs), and they will be automatically pruned after the set number of days. There is also an existing feature request for that here, which you can vote for if you’d like.
