Thank you for reaching out! The first thing I recommend you to do, is to enable the debug log functionality from SliceWP > Settings > Tools (tab), as this log will show all error messages the plugin encounters.
Once you have the debug log enabled, please do another test purchase via an affiliate’s referral link.
If no errors appear, yet the commission still isn’t registered, the issue may be with the TravelTour theme.
SliceWP connects to WooCommerce’s default checkout. If TravelTour have created their own checkout and don’t use WooCommerce’s default one, SliceWP may not work.
Unfortunately, I’m afraid that I cannot confirm that this is the case as we do not have the TravelTour theme, so I cannot test it to see what is actually happening behind the scenes.

I think they don’t use woocommerce checkout, but only the payment getaway.
This way is impossible to use Slice WP with this Theme is it?
There is any theme for travel agency that is compatible with SliceWP?

I’m afraid that I don’t know of any travel related theme that is compatible with SliceWP. We currently don’t serve industries that are based on bookings, so I don’t have much experience in the field.

Please include screenshots with how you’ve set up the theme and also how you’ve set up WooCommerce to work in relation to the theme.

Once you contact us privately with the screenshots, I’ll try to replicate the setup and check if there’s a solution to the issue.
