Are you using a plugin for this slider? If so, what plugin? This plugin acquired from?
Or is this slider a feature of your currently active theme? If so, what theme? This the acquired from?
The slider is a built in feature of my active theme called “Bravada Plus”.
Since you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
I understand and agree with what you just said. But this is NOT a why something is not working. This is a question of learning HOW to configure a feature. I would (perhaps ignorantly) assume that learning how to configure a CTA call button would be irrelevant to any theme and would be a universal wordpress knowhow.

The issue is that you are using a commercial theme, and we are not given access to commercial themes.
In order to know how the slider in Bravada Plus works so that we can help you here, we would need to pay €45.00 ourselves to get a copy of the theme, or you would need to illegally give us a copy of your theme.
