This is looking like an older one from earlier this summer, and if you’re not seeing any new errors, is likely safe to disregard.
The error in question would be one related to a routine check and sync up of existing lists in your ConstantContact.com dashboard to pull in to WordPress, and at least for a moment, it experienced an issue with the request.
Looks like this happened shortly after the release of version 2.2.0 and before 2.3.0, both of which were aimed at stabilizing our API request handling after our upgrade to API version 3.
Hopefully things have been running much smoother since then, especially if you’ve been upgraded.
