Cookie Blocker’s link open in new window

Hi,

Would it be possible to have the cookie blocker window’s link/links (for me to my Cookie Policy page) open with target=”_blank” ? It becomes very clunky if the user in a form with reCaptcha + the cookie blocker, clicks on the link and leaves the form page.
