I’m encountering an issue with WordPress, possibly related to either the Agent Scheduler or Cron jobs. I’ve attempted to disable Cron jobs and initiated manual requests through the WP config, but the confusion persists. The problem might be linked to my hosting provider, OVH, or it could involve WooCommerce, though I’m not certain. In my WordPress panel, I observe that payment statuses do not automatically update to ‘confirmed’ when using NOW Payments. This issue is impacting the automatic confirmation of transactions.
I am at a loss. I want to contact woocommerce support, but their support link throws a 404.
