I use OceanWP and the list of installed plugins is on the screenshot :

Interesting. Those are all fairly well known, well maintained plugins. None were in the recent supply chain attack. I assume they were all sourced from the [wordpress.org](https://wordpress.org) repo?
Install Wordfence and run a scan and see what it turns up.
What theme are you using? Is it the latest version? Is it up to date?
Does your site share its hosting with any other sites?
