Debug log – here’s an odd one

I'm running on localhost in XAMMP,

I'm trying to debug a snippet, and installed WP Debugging plug in.

Just went to a regular post page, and looked at error log and saw this very long error:

Like a podcast transcript that goes on for ever, anyway, I don't suspect this should be there, and wonder how to turn it off.
