You can enable Custom Podcast Channels in the advanced menu of PowerPress. Then in the podcast channels menu under PowerPress in the sidebar and create a new channel for Video.
Once you do that, you will have an episode box for the main (Default) channel and another box for the Video. Link the audio in the main channel the video file in the other box. Publish the post and you will have 2 feeds, one video and one audio all from the same post.
