My website did this too out of nowhere today. I had to go into Settings > Experiments and turn off “Lazy Load Background Images” and that reverted everything back to normal. Hope that helps!
@pmont2021au Thank you very much. Skimming through other posts, I found out another way is to set a animation for that section. It works for me. And when I read your solution, I tried to turn off the animation effect to test your method, the bug is gone too! (without tweaking the Load Load background Images)
