I am looking for a plugin that meets the following requirements:
* Allow the user to enter the amount of money they are paying
* Accept ACH direct deposit so there are no transaction fees
* No annual fee (cost is ok, so long as it is a one-time fee)
Does anyone know of a plugin that meets all three of those criteria?
