Display html code inside a frame/image

Hi,

Not sure if I'm asking the right community, but how do I make these ( refer to image) have an overlay on top of it? Like I want those rectangles (html code) to have an iphone frame around it.

For reference they are html code from adobe XD and I want the interactive prototype (embedded on wordpress) to have a frame around it. I also attached an image to better explain what I'm trying to achieve.
