divi to generate press learning curve?

[ad_1]

So I have been rather lazy and have stuck with using Divi for a few years for some low end clients, (I have not even really messed with learning anything about learning Gutenberg) upon doing some searches I feel like I want to make a switch moving forward and am looking at generatepress with generate blocks.

So what kind of learning curve am I looking at in making the switch? I just stuck with Divi for so long because it was what I knew and it was versatile, but it is so slow and everything uses shortcodes so I want to move to something that is versatile, that I can learn well and it will be around for a while.

If you have made this switch did it take you long to get the hang of using generatepress? What are the pros and cons you have experienced?

It really depends on how you’re using Divi. Are you a designer and using Divi to create custom designs, or are you modifying Divi templates to meet your client needs?
