I have installed WordPress download manager on my blog. It’s fantastic.
But while I used multilingual on my site. It will many Page indexing problem.
In Google Search Engine
Page indexing>Crawled – currently not indexed
Affected pages
178K
For link example –

It’s a very big problem. I have uses latest version of WPDM.
Now how can I fix the problem. Please give me tips.
