Hello,
I am setting up an automation that registers the user for an account after purchasing a course, and send an email with the credentials to access.
I enabled the option to search by email in case the user already exists, but I noticed that if the user is already registered, the email will still be triggered, as if the account was just created.
Is there a way to only trigger the account email for new users? And don’t send it if the user already exists but still grant access to the course?
