[NSFW] Endless loading/spinner on the woocommerce checkout page

[ad_1]

Hello @tequilla11,

Thank you for reaching out,

Your URL isn’t available to test the issue: https://postimg.cc/0KvDvGfV.

Could you please send us screenshots or a short video showing the errors you faced step by step?
You can upload your files to one of the following online services:
https://postimages.org
https://loom.com
https://drive.google.com
https://wetransfer.com
https://dropbox.com

However, it seems it’s a plugin conflict.
For troubleshooting, perform a basic troubleshooting checkup method and make sure the issue is related to our theme or plugin(s). To do this, deactivate all other plugins, then activate them one by one and check for this issue. Continue doing this until you find out what product is causing a conflict with our product.

Before doing so, you can check the super administrator email. Alternatively, you can turn on WordPress debugger mode to check for errors. To enable it, please follow the steps explained in this link: https://projectdmc.org/documentation/article/debugging-in-wordpress/.

I hope it helps.
Best Regards

Hi Shahin (@skalanter) and thanks for the prompt respond.
I have tried already the plugin steps as this was also mentioned and many other available solutions as on projectdmc.org and woocommerce.com as mentioned.
However, deactivating all plugins (except woocomerce and elementor) the issue persists.
However the website is on mantenace mode while the error are ongoing i can provide you with an access code if you would like to help us.
Thanks and BR

  3. Scroll down to the SOFTWARE group and select MultiPHP INI Editor
  4. Select location Home Directory
  5. Set PHP Directive allow_url_include to Disabled
  6. Set PHP Directive display_errors to Disabled
  7. Hit the Apply button at the bottom of the page
  8. Repeat steps 4-7 for each of your sites in the location menu
