Error : Please fill parent question field, Answer was not saved!

I have been facing this issue of the error :Please fill parent question field, Answer was not saved! when updating or answering a question in my admin dashboard,

I had restricted the answering role to only admins but the settings no longer work and malicious people are creating fake accounts and publish their answers ( containing their links) immediately because setting do not work

Also many settings no longer function because even if you set them,, they return to default

,,, I updated the plugin and failed,,, I deleted the plugin and re-installed the latest version ,,,,the errors are still present

I HAVE DEACTIVATED ALL PLUGINS, SET TWENTY TWENTY FOUR THEME as default theme but THE ERRORS REMAINED

Please solve this issue
