“ERROR: That Username or Email wasn’t found.”

We built a new site on WordPress/MemberPress and imported about 10,000 user accounts from our old membership system. Users all need to request a password reset the first time they log into the new system.

However, SOME (not all) of them are seeing the message “ERROR: That Username or Email wasn’t found.” even when using a valid email address – I can look them up under All Users using that same email and send a manual reset and that works every time.

Any suggestions as to where I can look for this one?
