Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
The plugin does not have sitemap configurations or in general, does not create any sitemap. So from the plugin, you cannot do anything. By default, all of the filtered pages are not indexed. So you might want to check your SEO plugins and check their configurations. If you set 0 there yes, they all will be not indexed, but that’s a default state, if it is showing indexed, then as we previously mentioned some SEO Plugins doing it.
