My client has a couching website on which users fill the questionnaire and then the client works individually with each of them. And he wants to be able to download the results of this questionnaire in .docx format and the document has to be generated separately for each user. And it shouldn’t be a spreadsheet but a list of questions and answers. And I have no idea how to make it.
The questionnaire is made by Contact Form 7 (it wasn’t me who made the website).
Is there any way to do so without remaking the whole questionnaire with another form plugin? If no, then which plugin should I use that has this functionality? I tried a bunch of different quiz/form plugin and non of them can do it.
