It seems like you are using some custom theme that affects CleanTalk CSS code. You can try to add a custom CSS to this page

Or you can set the ‘Add a honeypot field’ option to ‘Off’ here:

WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings

OK thank you. I cant make the code working. I deactivate the honeypot field.
