Feature request: hide cart widget if empty & singular/plural string

Hi Joe,
I found this cart widget, what is great, because it´s small and simple. But is it possible to add a function, that will hide the widget, if the cart is empty?
Right now I´ve modified the mt-shortcodes.php by myselfe, but I think this will also be usefull for other users.

The next feature request is, to have the in the widget shown string ‘%s tickets’, will it be possible to a a singular and plural option for this string?
