This question may be better suited for a social media sub but I thought I'd start here. Several of my featured images are getting this weird white or sometimes black box through them on Facebook. It started inexplicably yesterday. It's not every single post that gets shared, happening intermittently. And some of the graphics that it is now doing this to, I have used previously for 2 years.
Seems like it is a FB thing, not WP. I have seen many people complaining about how their FB page looks in different groups. Check r/facebook
