Finding links to PDF files

Can anyone recommend a plugin or other technique to scan all pages on my WordPress site and find links to PDF files? We’re preparing a migration to a new site and have almost 400 PDF files in the media library. I know many are outdated and not used. I’d like to go through the site and find which ones are currently linked to.
