I hope you’re well today!
Forminator sends e-mails using core WordPress function “wp_mail()” so whatever happens with such notification – assuming they are actually created in form’s notification settings already – usually is more of a “general” issue.
To make sure:
1. Are other notifications form the site (other than from Forminator forms) delivered correctly? For example: user registration or lost password e-mails?
2. Did you check spam inbox as well?
3. If you didn’t try it yet, would you try switching e-mail sending to SMTP instead of default method? This can be done with one of the popular free plugins such as e.g. PostSMTP, WP Mail SMTP or our own Branda.
Let us know, please.
Best regards,
Adam
Hello Adam
After extensive trial and error I discovered it’s because the email I’m using has a .au extension. That extension has just come onto the market in lieu of .com.au.
So I changed it to .com in the header field seeing as though it’s one of those noreply email addresses, and it works. The emails are now being sent and the resending email function also works.
The user can’t reply to it anyway as it’s a noreply adddress, but it would be good to know down the track if Forminator can be configured to recognise .au
