New issue as of 8/17/23 Pacific time, some users reporting that they have submitted information to our form, but their submission is not found in the Submissions page, nor do they receive a confirmation email. Seems time-correlated with the latest release v3.6.29
Vague specs and having trouble replicating it on my own, but it’s some iPhone Safari users.
DevTools is reporting a (possibly related) 404 error on the Moment.js dependency:
DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for : HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE
