I am experiencing the same issue! Forms are not working, just spinning on submit.
@tinispace Did anything change on your server or were any plugin or wordpress core updates performed recently?

@nateads pretty much all the plugins now are cf7 related and i think a few of them updated a week ago, but everything was working up until the 14th. i tried to disable all the plugins and reactivate them one at a time and still didn’t work. there is a divi update that we still haven’t done either.
@tinispace from my past experience with that information. If you’re not getting emails in your inbox it sounds like you might not be getting a sent confirmation from your server. Have you tried setting up a plugin like WP Mail SMTP? Just to make sure it’s not something on the host end.

@emilyhaga @nateads our site is also on godaddy hosting, but i don’t think the emails are through godaddy. does that have any affect? i will try the mail plugin.
@tinispace My thoughts with the WP Mail SMTP plugin are because some hosts don’t use PHP Mail Function. I’ve had to use the plugin on a host that didn’t have the function, there is a lite version available so no cost to try. The fact that both you and @emilyhaga are hosted on GoDaddy is telling me this is a host issue.
@emilyhaga can you check if yours works now? i didn’t do anything but just retested our forms and they are suddenly working again. i wonder if i was a godaddy issue? i’m very confused.
