To check the email delivery log for Fluent SMTP, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Fluent SMTP Dashboard in your WordPress admin area.
- Look for the ‘Email Logs’ section to view recent email delivery attempts and their statuses.
- Click on the ‘View’ icon button for any failed email log.
- A popup window will open displaying a list of all the emails sent through Fluent SMTP. This includes the recipient’s email address, the subject of the email, the date and time it was sent, and the technical status of the email.
- Scroll down to find the ‘Technical Section’ and inspect the message to understand why the email has failed. A screenshot of the full page along with the Error Message will be very helpful for me to assist you further.
